Spruce oil is believed to have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antiseptic and disinfectant properties. When used in a diffuser it is said to work wonders for respiratory ailments. If diluted with a carrier oil it is believed to help arthritis, rheumatism and other forms of muscle aches and pains.

Spruce oil is frequently added in soap, air fresheners and household cleaner formulations to lend its fresh scent and act as a disinfecting agent.

 Not to be taken internally. Must be kept away from children and pets. Don't use it if you're pregnant or lactating. Always remember to dilute any essential oils in a base oil if using on the skin - patch test is always recommended!
