This oil is said to fight fatigue, and help refresh a tired body and mind. its believed to relieve jet lag, headaches, nervous exhaustion, and stress. It can irritate the skin, however, so care must be taken when used on skin with a carrier oil being used.

Not to be taken internally. Must be kept away from children and pets. Don't use it if you're pregnant or lactating. Always remember to dilute any essential oils in a base oil if using on the skin - patch test is always recommended!
