It has excellent calming properties, Roman chamomile is an evergreen with a fresh apple smell. This oil is good to use in a diffuser, it is believed to calm headaches, and migraines.

 Not to be taken internally. Must be kept away from children and pets. Don't use it if you're pregnant or lactating. Always remember to dilute any essential oils in a base oil if using on the skin - patch test is always recommended!
