Basil oil is often used in aromatherapy to awaken the mind, steady the nerves and bring about clarity of thought. It is said to relieve fatigue, while giving clarity and mental strength.

Not to be taken internally. Must be kept away from children and pets. Don't use it if you're pregnant or lactating. Always remember to dilute any essential oils in a base oil if using on the skin - patch test is always recommended!
